As someone who has extensive experience in providing consulting, translation, and liaison services to over a hundred surrogacy agencies and more than fifty egg donations agencies across the U.S., Jasmine understands the surrogacy process. She’s worked with literally over a thousand pairs of intended parents (mostly international ones), surrogates, and egg donors, all of whom were on a journey to better themselves and the lives of others.
Besides working alongside these men and women, Jasmine was also an egg door herself.
After five successful egg donations, she became an active member of the online egg donor community. She’s shared her insights, experiences, and knowledge to other donors wanting to help people struggling to start their family.
Her extensive egg donation knowledge mixed perfectly with her mathematics degree and business intelligence background, which further developed during her time at a Fortune 100 company, as well as her fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese. Afterwards, she spent three years as an international liaison for one of the country’s biggest Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) law firms.
Her strong work ethic is well-respected by other professionals in the industry, which led her to be invited to speak at the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation and Surrogacy (SEEDs) conferences in both 2017 (Costa Mesa, CA) and 2018 (Chicago, IL).
Jasmine started Love & Kindness because she’s seen so many matches fall apart, and irreconcilable conflicts caused by oversights, irresponsibility, and lack of transparency — all in the hands of other agencies.
In this industry, Jasmine has seen lots of the good and the bad; she has witnessed the happy tears of many new parents, holding their dream babies for the first time. Yet, she has also seen many international clients being taken advantage of without knowing due to the language barrier, and heard surrogates and egg donors venting their frustrations after feeling like their own agency had failed them.
She knew, not only can she do better, but that her clients deserve so much more.
Deciding which agency to work with is the most important choice you need to make in the beginning of your journey; you must do what is right for for you. But Jasmine promises you this: Love & Kindness will never stop striving to be the best option for you, whether you’re an intended parent trying to complete your family, an egg donor looking to gift another family with a blessing, or a surrogate wishing to help a family achieve their ultimate dream.

Candace Cox is a young-at-heart Surrogate Case Manager full of enthusiasm and love for the surrogacy process.
Before she was introduced to the joy of surrogacy, Candy (as she likes to be called) was in the dental field for eighteen years. After being introduced to the rewarding and beautiful act of surrogacy, she knew she had found her calling.
Candy has had three successful surrogate journeys and wants to use her background to help other families have the same smooth experience.
Her biggest strength is the ability to put people at ease with her sense of humor and lightheartedness. She is also a big believer in forming close bonds with her clients and being their surrogate “big sister.”
A mother of four herself, she knows that children are a blessing and loves that she gets to facilitate bringing many tiny humans into the world. Staying active is one of her favorite pastimes; whether it is doing gymnastics or a good Zumba class. Candy is excited and ready to personalize your surrogacy journey!
Outside of the friendly faces that will help you through the day to day of your journey, we have dedicated team members working behind the scenes to ensure paperwork, and communications are handled promptly and with the utmost care.
